I understand that HireForCare may capture photos/videos of me or my child for awareness, educational, and promotional purposes. This consent applies to content created at HireForCare centers, online sessions, events, or by HireForCare staff.

Consent to Capture & Use Content

I give HireForCare permission to:

• Photograph/record me or my child/ward
• Use the content on HireForCare's website, social media, print material, and partner platforms
• Use the content only for non-commercial, educational, and awareness purposes

I understand that no payment will be provided and the content may be edited for clarity.
