It helps parents and caregivers monitor their child’s progress across key areas such as communication, motor skills, problem-solving, and social-emotional development. The tool is designed for children aged 1 month to 5 ½ years.

The tool consists of a questionnaire with questions about your child’s development in five categories: Communication, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Problem Solving, and Personal-Social. You’ll answer questions related to your child’s abilities in each category. Based on your answers, you’ll receive results that indicate whether your child is meeting developmental milestones or if further evaluation may be needed.

The tool evaluates your child's development in the following areas:

      • Communication: How well your child expresses themselves and understands language.

      • Gross Motor: Large muscle movements, such as walking, running, and climbing.

      • Fine Motor: Smaller, more refined movements, like drawing or manipulating small objects.

To complete the questionnaire, you will be asked to answer a series of questions about your child’s behavior and skills in the five key categories. You can fill it out online or print it for offline use. The questionnaire usually takes about 10-20 minutes to complete.

Once you submit the questionnaire, you will receive a developmental report that outlines your child’s progress in each of the five categories. The results will fall into one of three categories:
      On Track: Your child’s progress is good, and they are meeting developmental milestones.
      Monitor: Your child’s development is progressing, but it’s important to continue monitoring their progress at regular intervals.
      Attention: There may be areas where your child is not meeting milestones. In this case, you will be advised to book a free online assessment with 
      our clinicians for further evaluation and support.

The free assessment involves:
        Understanding the child’s or patient’s developmental or medical history.
        Observing behaviors, communication abilities, or physical conditions.
        Discussing concerns with parents or patients.

You will need to be prepared with the following requirements before the assesment starts:
            Share relevant medical documents & test reports on WhatsApp.
            Zoom/ Google Meet link for the session will be shared 1 hour before the consultation
            Connect Zoom/Google Meet via mobile or laptop
            Sit with your child in a silent place with open space around (4ft x 4 ft) & good internet connection

The assessment will happen online over Zoom/Meet video call. It is important that you are in a quite room and appropriately dressed for our physiotherapists to carry out the consultation properly.

The consultation duration may vary according to the condition. It generally take 45 - 60 mins.

Yes, many of our caregivers are trained to assist with therapy exercises and can help manage medical needs. However, we always recommend discussing any medical or therapeutic requirements with us beforehand so we can match you with a caregiver with the right expertise.

You pay the caregiver's salary, a 20% management fee, and 18% GST on the management fee. For example, if the caregiver's salary is ₹10,000, the total monthly cost will be ₹10,000 + ₹2000 (20% management fee) + ₹360 (18% GST) = ₹12,360.
