Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours prior to the session.
Notifications must be sent within our working hours (10:00 AM–7:00 PM). Late requests will not be accepted.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be deducted from the package.
