In this Model you can start interviewing candidates by calling them directly from our app after paying the subscription amount of Rs.2999.
You get 10 Helpers Interviews with unlimited calling to those 10 Helpers within the 10 days validity period.
If you have spoken to a helper for more than 30 seconds then only it will be counted as 1 Helper interview done.
If you have spoken to a helper for more than 30 seconds then only it will be counted as 1 Helper interview done.
You can connect to any profile available in the app and filter it out as per your requirements.
Please give it another go later. The Helpers may occasionally have poor network connectivity. You can try again later and should be successful in connecting.
Yes, you will be refunded 100% of the amount unused by you as per the following: Replacement-Refund Policy.

Premium

Hireforcare is a technologically advanced hiring platform for recruiting Helpers such as Nanny, Cook, Japa Nanny and more. You can use your smartphone to download our app to connect with suitable, available, and verified Helpers whenever and wherever you need them.

We will send the helper for joining on a mutually agreed-upon date as soon as you have chosen the helper and made the advance payment.
Yes. If we have helper available then we will provide you for short period.
It totally depends on how good of a relationship is maintained between you and the helper. We also provide unlimited replacements.
  • Go to Premium Customized Helper Service, click on Book Now and fill the form and make the payment to confirm your booking.
  • Once your payment and booking are completed, we will call you and take relevant details.
  • We will create WhatsApp group and share relevant profiles of the candidate.
  • Once you have selected the candidate, we will send the candidate at your house for joining.
We have a "unlimited replacement" policy as part of your membership to make sure you get the best possible service. In case of any issue, you can call us or email us.
While booking you pay Rs.5000 which is adjusted in your billing once you hire a helper.
The charges of our helpers are entirely based on your needs and location.
Yes. All helpers in our Database are verified through CRC (Court Record Check).
In their profile, you may view their vaccination status.

You have to pay to us the charges every month which have been decided, and we will then process helper salary.
By 15th of every month, you need to pay for that particular month. If any adjustment is required it will be done in the next month calculation.
3 paid leaves helper are allowed, if they take more than 3 leaves in a month then salary deduction will be done, Subject to customer consent.
You can let helper take all her balanced paid leaves together or you need to pay the extra amount for those balanced paid leaves.
All the charges and commission are included in the package itself. You do not have to pay anything extra to us separately.
Through a secure payment gateway, every payment is made online through credit card or debit card.
As soon as you finish the transaction, the subscription is enabled.
It depends on the requirements and location; we provide as many options available with us to the customer after shortlisting the helpers according to your requirement.
Yes. All helpers in our Database are verified through CRC (Court Record Check) Additionally, you can pay a small fee to receive the most recent Document check, police verification, and address check as well.

Verification

Yes. We provide independent verification services to ensure your safety while assisting others such as Document check, police verification, CRC (Court Record Check) and address check. You may access all of these services online. Fill out a small form, then let us handle the rest.
Yes, you will receive the report in pdf format.
We have tied up with third party company who specialize in verification. Through them we do all he verification of the helpers.
The database check for court records search will be done over all district courts pan India. This means that irrespective of the address of the individual, as long as a case exists for that individual anywhere, the same will be considered as applicable and necessary action taken.
To establish the identity of the individual by validation of that individual’s government identity document. The acceptable identity documents are:
  • Aadhaar card (preferred),
  • Voter’s card
  • PAN card.
  • Driver License (DL)
The basic objective is to ascertain and confirm the candidate’s address as stated in identity document or as otherwise provided. Verification of any of the addresses can be carried out – permanent or current address.
Police authority does the verification which varies from city to city as per the state government guidelines. Certain case, police authority will call the helper or will visit helper address
To ensure the safety of you and your family members, it is necessary to do verification of the helper who is working for you.
Document Check – 1 to 2 days
CRC (Court Record Check) - 1 to 2 days
Address Check – 10 to 15 days
Police Verification - 30 to 45 days
  • You can click on Verify your helper on the homepage of the app or go to service from menu bar and click verification services.
  • Then you can choose the service which you want to do and fill out the form and pay the charges.
  • Once the report is generated it will be shared with you.

Insurance

Yes. We provide independent insurance services. You may access this service online. Fill out a small form, then let us handle the rest.
We have tied up with third party company who specialize in providing insurance. Through them we do all he insurance of the helpers
Yes. Other options such as Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Yearly are also available.
