Pricing and Leave Policy

Caregiver Base Salary

Here are the tentative salaries of the caregiver

Management Fee

20% of the caregiver’s base salary per month for end-to-end service management.

GST

18% applicable on the management fee only.

Note: All caregivers are paid directly by HireForCare with full transparency in salary and benefits.

Leave Policy

Monthly Leaves:

Caregivers are entitled to 1 paid leave per week(for part timers - less than 24 hours) and 3 paid leaves per month for live -in caregivers.

Replacement Coverage:

For planned or unplanned caregiver leaves, a temporary replacement will be provided promptly to ensure uninterrupted care.

Emergency Situations:

In case of sudden emergencies, caregivers are required to provide immediate notice, and a replacement will be arranged within 2-3 days.
